Understand the indications and patient selection criteria for different types of cell therapy to find the treatment plan that is most suitable for you.
Cell therapy provides new treatment options for various cancer patients. We provide professional cell therapy evaluation and services for the following patients:
Our expert team will evaluate the feasibility and expected benefits of cell therapy based on your specific condition and formulate personalized treatment recommendations for you.
Hematologic Malignancies:
• Relapsed/Refractory B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL)
• Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)
• Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma
• Other CD19- or BCMA-positive hematologic malignancies
• Solid tumors: lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, etc.
• Adjuvant treatment for hematologic malignancies
• Prevention of recurrence after tumor surgery
• Immune reconstruction for patients with immunodeficiency
• Adjuvant treatment for various solid tumors
• Prevention of recurrence and metastasis after tumor surgery
• Immune reconstruction after radiotherapy and chemotherapy
• Palliative treatment for advanced tumors
• Advanced melanoma
• Cervical cancer
• Non-small cell lung cancer
• Other solid tumors (in clinical trials)
• Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies
• Prevention and treatment of GVHD after transplantation
• Bone marrow function reconstruction after radiotherapy and chemotherapy
General Condition Evaluation:
• ECOG score 0–2
• Expected survival ≥ 3 months
• Major organ function basically normal
Disease-related Evaluation:
• Clear pathological diagnosis
• Tumor markers or target antigens positive
• Measurable lesions (for certain treatment types)
Exclusion Criteria:
• Active severe infection
• Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency
• Active autoimmune diseases
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women
• Allergy to components of cell therapy products
1.Initial Evaluation
• Submit complete medical records
• Expert team conducts remote consultation
• Evaluate the suitability and feasibility of cell therapy
2.Admission Evaluation
• Comprehensive physical examination
• Laboratory tests (complete blood count, biochemistry, tumor markers)
• Imaging evaluation (CT/MRI/PET-CT)
• Target antigen expression testing
• Cardiopulmonary function evaluation
• Immune function evaluation
3.Treatment Plan Formulation
• Multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussion
• Determine the type and plan of cell therapy
• Develop a detailed treatment plan
4.Cell Collection
• CAR-T/NK/CIK: peripheral blood mononuclear cell collection
• TILs: tumor tissue acquisition
• The collection process takes about 3–4 hours
5.Cell Preparation
• Perform cell culture/modification in a GMP laboratory
• Strict quality control
• The preparation period varies by type
6.Product Release Testing
• Sterility testing

11.Long-term Follow-up
• Regular re-examinations
• Relapse monitoring
• Long-term safety monitoring
| Treatment Type | Evaluation | Preparation | Infusion | Hospitalization | Total Duration |
| CAR-T | 1–2 weeks | 2–3 weeks | 1 week | 2–4 weeks | 6–10 weeks |
| NK Cells | 1 week | 2 weeks | 1 week | 1–2 weeks | 4–6 weeks |
| CIK Cells | 1 week | 2–4 weeks | 1 week | Outpatient | 4–8 weeks |
| TILs | 1–2 weeks | 4–6 weeks | 1 week | 2–3 weeks | 8–12 weeks |
It needs to be evaluated by a professional oncologist. The main factors considered include cancer type and stage, previous treatment history, current physical condition, target antigen expression, etc. You can submit your medical records, and we will provide a free evaluation.
A comprehensive physical examination is required, including blood tests, imaging examinations, and cardiopulmonary function evaluation. At the same time, certain medications that may affect the efficacy of cell therapy need to be stopped. We will provide detailed preparation guidelines.
The hospitalization period varies by treatment type: CAR-T usually requires 2–4 weeks, NK/CIK may be treated on an outpatient basis, and TILs about 2–3 weeks. The specific hospitalization time depends on individual response and whether side effects occur.
Age is not an absolute contraindication. We have successfully performed cell therapy for many patients over 70 years old. The key lies in overall health status and organ function evaluation.
The onset time varies depending on the treatment type. CAR-T usually shows effects within 2–4 weeks, while NK/CIK may require a longer time. We will regularly evaluate efficacy and adjust the treatment plan accordingly.
